My Approach

I provide a cosy, quiet, relaxing, & confidential room where we can think and talk through what you are finding difficult in your life.

I will not tell you what to do, but I will help you find the answers for yourself.

In your weekly appointment I will treat you with respect, compassion and without judgement.

I will encourage you to explore any unresolved issues and conflicts. We can to talk about the important people and relationships in your life. You can then begin to make changes in the way you understand and manage your thoughts and feelings, gradually changing how you relate to yourself and others in a more positive, real way.

I usually work in an open-ended way thinking about a wider range of difficulties, working with you  towards achieving a sustainable change. 

During your therapy we can review your progress periodically, and plan the ending when you feel you are ready. 

When you feel better, less worried, less depressed, better  able to go to work and enjoy it. I want you to be enjoying your friends, hobbies and family life again.
